Join us at the Westport Plaza green space on Saturday, May 23rd beginning at 9am for a free STRENGTH TRAINING workout led by ONE ELEVEN TRAINING CLUB.
Strength training is a full-body workout focused on building strength, stability and endurance through controlled, functional movement. You’ll move through structured circuits using a variety of exercises, tempo work and holds to challenge every major muscle group.
Workout begins at 9am. Please bring your own mat!
