Join us at the Westport Plaza green space on Saturday, June 13th, beginning at 10am for a free STRENGTH TRAINING workout led by ONE ELEVEN TRAINING CLUB.
Strength training is a full-body workout focused on building strength, stability, and endurance through controlled, functional movement. You’ll move through structured circuits using a variety of exercises, tempo work and holds to challenge every major muscle group.
Workout begins at 10am. Please bring your own mat!
